Bekalan hari tua? Eh!?

Things on my desk, during a break in between exam papers conducted by the gov. Not seen in pic: the waste I made constantly by sharpening my 2B pencils. Hahaha! Im my head, 'whattaheck am I doing here again?' oh ya, my cousin said, 'jangan banyak soal, amek je peksa SPA tu!' (sigh)

Apa nak buat ni?

We dropped by at a mosque nearby a friend's house, to wait for my friend who wished to pray before we proceed with our errands. Fasha asked a few questions which I said no to. Among the questions, 'Mami, nak turun? Mami, nak keluar? Mami, nak buka pintu? Mami, nak pi situ?' After receiving all the 'no's from me, she uttered to herself so fluently, 'Apa nak buat ni?' That was the first time I heard her saying as such! She also planned out loud what we should do next and next, 'pastu gi makan.. Pastu gi shopping.. Pastu gi..' and the list continued on.. Now she's occupying my car with all her exploration of space and sound. Oh dear, so chatty! Well, at least she helped me find some hidden sweets covers at the back seat. 'Hmm.. Mami.., mami,' she sighed in between her monologue.

Car washed!

My plan to wash my car has been pending since.. Since.. Hmm.., could it be more than 2 months already? Erks! I planned to get it wash during my 1 week leave, which starts today.. And God just saved me from spending rm12 for a carwash, by giving us a good, heavy rain! Amin.. (Yee ha!)

Last one soup..

After a long wait at Mommie's dentist's, we were hungry as it was already lunchtime. I told Fasha that we're going to McD instead of mamak stall. She suddenly mentioned that she wanted 'nasi', just when I started the car engine. So we got dowm from the car and head towards KFC, that was in front of our parked car. (Will continue this story with the video of Fasha cleaning up Mom's portion of food.)

Turn over -->

As I was marking so seriously, reaching the script number... well, almost half of the pile of 130 plus scripts, I guess... and I found this little note at the end of the answer, saying "Turn over -->". The moment I turned the sheet, this was what I saw (refer to the picture).

The sheet is filled with a huge smiling cartoon saying, "Thanks MsSha for your Good Teaching! With your explaination, I understand it by heart and I will apply it on my future career/work. HAPPY MARKING." The student also gave me the URL to her website (the one designed for my assignment this sem), and the URL to her Friendster. Hhmm... suddenly my exhaustion disappear... for a while.

Time check, 6:45PM, and I'm the only one left in my faculty...,

The space for anxiety

This is the student's view while taking the final exam in the exam hall of UCSI. I was proctoring them for 2 days, where 1 of those was for my own subject - Information Technology. Tired of walking around, I had a seat on my student's desk - all of them already left the hall before the final 30mins, except 2 girls. I guess my paper is easy, huh? Later I have 1 more proctoring duty, before I leave for a week to have a break.. Can't wait!

Bad jam, time for choc?

Wednesday.. Normally i'd be at Charlie's by now, getting ready for the gig. Today, I'm just one of KL drivers swimming throuh the streams of heavy traffic towards home. But today, unlike other days, I have Ferrero Rocher to accompany me through the stressful jam. Hmm.. The last time I counted, there were 7 pieces in the pack. Now left 2. I had to put it down before opening 1 of those. Or shudn't I?

Playful at jam

Fasha and Misha having fun during our jamming session, last Monday. It was our first practice with a new guest lead guitarist, Nasser. And I couldn't play because there was a technical problem with the studio's keyboard. So instead of practising, I had to babysit the 2 little Sha's..

Who's playing whose..

Just now she rushed behind me knowing I was assembling my keyboard, to get ready to practice. She was fussing around like a kitten about to be fed, and sat on the seat before I could switch on the keys. Now, thinking that she wants to play with the keys, I took out my guitar thinking I could strum some chords, and look at what she did.. Quickly ran towards Mommie right after I checked the tune, and she conquered the guitar. After strumming awhile, she said, 'Mommie, sakit.' Now she knows that it hurts. After a few more strums, she said, 'tak sakit pun'. Get the hang of it, eh? While blogging now, she practiced counting on the strings! Hhmm.. Now she's singing Nenek Si Bongkok Tiga so loudly while plucking the guitar strings. Ok, next thing to have is a microphone lah!

Buat manja

Came to Mommie's room, leaned against the foot of the bed, with the head ane chest rolling around on the bed while still standing, doing the pampered dance until face covered by blanket.. 'nak cucu.. Nak cucu'.. And Mommie replied, 'nak hug.. Nak kishy..' the normal Sunday morning scene at F3-6-4 when a tot trying to make lazy-mum get up from bed..
